We take the hassle out of the approval process, managing everything from Council Building and Resource Consent to the full turnkey delivery. 1. Consultation
We want to hear about you, your project, your dream, your thoughts on investment, and your timeline. Our goal is to set realistic expectations for all of us. After we have an initial understanding of your requirements we will organise a time to meet with you to discuss your building projects.
2. Design
We believe in building an integrated team of architects, tradesman, and builders that work closely together from day one to achieve your stated goals. If you require plans for your build we will get one of our Architectural Designers or Architects to work with you on a concept design.
3. Site Visit
The site will impact everything from the design and layout to the resources used to build it. A Principal Architect, Architectural Designer and/or a Master Builder will meet with you on-site to provide feedback about the possibilities.
4. Project Estimate
Once the design is finalised, materials selected, and one of our experienced builders has evaluated your site, we take you through the building process and provide you with a build estimate.
Estimate – you will be provided with your project estimate and specifications. Your specifications outline your project’s scope of works including materials & finishes.
Contract – Once you are happy, we sign a Certified Builders contract and corresponding project specifications.
5. Building Consent Plans
From site survey through to final design our team will manage the building process and council consent submission to council.
Survey / Engineers Reports – Your site may require some of the following reports: Surveyors Topo, Stormwater Mitigation, Flood, Geotech, Drainage Inspection, Structural Engineering.
Building Consent Plans – Submitted to council.
Please note: If you already have approved Building Consent plans, the Design and Building Consent steps won’t be required in your building process.
