A 1900s Villa Reimagined

Originally built in 1900, this villa underwent a complete renovation, with every wall carefully touched to bring new life to the home. The owners wanted to maintain its classic charm while adding modern features, such as off-street parking, a pool, and a theatre room—all designed to create a light-filled, inviting space without losing the villa’s character.

Where Design Meets Complexity

Vista Homes took charge of the entire project, managing both the build and the coordination of qualified builders and subcontractors. This renovation came with high levels of complexity, blending intricate design with engineering requirements. With the neighboring buildings just an arm’s length away, the project included a full basement dig-out to accommodate the theatre room and internal garage, making the most of every inch of space.
