These two centrally located sites were selected with a vision to renovate both properties and maximize their potential. The plan involved moving the front house forward to create space for new double garages for both the front and rear houses. By carefully managing the layout, the project ensured each home had ample space, modern amenities, and off-street parking.

The project also included subdividing the properties into separate titles, with a design brief calling for high-end finishes that complemented the surrounding neighborhood.
