Perched in a prime location with sweeping views of Auckland city, this major renovation transformed a 1940s brick and tile home into a modern masterpiece. The project included an extensive extension at the back of the house, complete with a basement dig-out for a wine cellar, theatre room, bedroom, and garage. A sleek lap pool was also added, blending luxury with functionality.
