A Home with a View

Set in an incredible location with a northwest outlook, this home offers stunning, unobstructed views across the inner harbor, stretching to farmlands in the distance. The owners sought to transform the existing house, updating the floor plan, exterior look, and cladding to better suit their tastes. By building on the existing foundations, the design maximized the available space while capturing the views with a fresh, nautical theme.

Having experience in the construction industry, the owners knew exactly what they wanted, helping the design process flow smoothly without major delays. The vision was clear from the start: use the space better to embrace the views and bring their ideas to life. This clear direction allowed the team to work efficiently and collaboratively to achieve the desired result.

Despite being constructed during the challenging COVID-19 period, marked by material shortages, careful planning and early material orders ensured the project stayed on track.
