A Home with Valley Views

Situated on a site where a relocatable house once stood, this new build takes full advantage of its northwest exposure and stunning, unobstructed valley bush views. The owners wanted a home filled with natural light and designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, creating the perfect space for family life and entertaining friends.

Collaborative Vision

This project marked the third time Vista Homes had worked with these owners, making the process smooth and collaborative from start to finish. With a clear vision and active involvement, the owners worked closely with the building team to bring their dream to life. It was a pleasure for the team to collaborate with such knowledgeable clients, particularly with the “boss of the house” leading the way on design decisions.

Creative Solutions

The owners had a strong sense of how they wanted the home to look and feel, both inside and out. When certain products weren’t available within budget, Vista Homes provided thoughtful alternatives, ensuring the final result met both design aspirations and financial considerations. The result is a warm, inviting home that reflects the owners’ vision while remaining functional and beautiful.
